Great location and room was well appointed
Tiny bathroom and pool area was closed on the Sunday am due to a glass breakage incident the night before
Pool and hot tub were great for families although we didn't use those facilities. I did appreciate that the hotel had dog friendly rooms available so that we could bring our pooch with us. The hotel had easy access to the trails that run along the river and there were quite a few restaurant options close to the hotel if you didn't wat to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and polite although I wish that they were more informed about the events that were going on at the hotel.
We liked the pool area and lounge in the atrium area.
The buffet was not filled frequently and many dishes were empty.
atmosphere was nice the pool area and the live plants room was easy to get to
the floor in the room was stained
The service other than when I said there was no hot water the first day at 6:00 in the morning and it was still only warm the second day.
As stated above the fact that I did not have hot water.
Room was clean - breakfast good but a little expensive.
Very old now and needs to be updated, bathroom leaked.
It was very close to the local attraction with is why we went to Lethbridge.
The hot water was turned down so much in an effort to be eco-friendly I did not have a "hot" bath. When I mentioned it they discounted the rate by 20%, which I felt was very nice on their part.
Staff. central pool area.
NO fridge in room. Front desk said it was the luck of the draw. Did bot offera fridge or replacement room. One lamp did not work. Hair dryer did not work.
The atrium, nightclub, bar and dining
I was disappointed that the maid service barged into my room shortly before 9 am. They then proceeded to speak very loudly outside my room in the hall for about half hour. Needless to say I did not get the sleep in that I was looking forward to and, I might add, was paying for. I would reconsider staying at the hotel again because of that reason. This is unfortunate because of the proximity to the University that my son started attending this semester and will be attending for 5 years.
The Big chair in the room was missing
Atrium is very pleasant, rooms and beds very comfortable. Disappointed the lounge was not open on Sunday!
Surprised that the lounge was not open on Sunday.
It was downtown so that I could park my car and just walk to where I wanted to go. Since I am not comfortable driving in Lethbridge this was great. It was great to have a swim after a long hot drive. The room was very comfortable, and the staff friendly.
it is central to the town and easy access to the coulee for a walk, The hotel as have rooms available. And particaly ejoy the restaurant and the bar in the conservatory. You do provide food, especially the fish and chips.
The amenities in the hotel were very convenient, resturant, lounge, pool, location of the hotel to other services were excellent.
I felt that the hotel really needs to upgrade their rooms, they are getting very dated and things like the rugs and windows really need to be modernized. The bathrooms are needing to be cleaned a little better and I think this would be possible if they were upgraded. A very busy hotel, I think a little money needs to be spent.on the interior.
