The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area had a lovely tropical vibe. Unfortunately, the room felt a bit dated with a musty smell and some cleanliness issues. Still, the overall experience was decent enough for a short trip.

disappointing service but nice accommodations
The cleanliness of my room was impeccable, creating a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the pool area was a nice place to unwind, offering a welcome break from a long journey. I enjoyed the modern decor throughout the hotel, which added comfort and charm to my stay.
Check-in process was incredibly frustrating and left a bad impression.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the pool area made it hard for the kids to sleep. They could improve soundproofing for a more restful stay.

The pool area was nice and inviting.
During my stay, the noise levels were unbearable. I was kept awake by kids yelling and parties lingering late into the night. Also, the accessible parking spaces were blocked, causing a significant inconvenience and frustration.

The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area. It was great to be close to walking paths and eateries. The pool area added a fun touch to our stay, but our experience was slightly affected by some noisy sports teams during the nights. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway for my family.

A quiet escape with lovely staff
Woke up in a plush bed surrounded by friendly staff who made every effort to ensure my comfort. The rainfall shower was an amazing touch!
However, I did notice the breakfast options left much to be desired. It didn’t feel worth the cost for the choices available.

The recent renovations at Sandman have truly transformed the experience. The large rooms offer comfort and come with modern furnishings, enhancing my work stay. I particularly enjoyed the serene courtyard and pool area, which provided a relaxing break during my busy schedule. The staff was efficient, assisting me promptly with my business center needs and checkout process.
I found the breakfast options somewhat limited.

The homemade desserts were a real treat! Plus, the clean atmosphere of the hotel really made for a cozy stay. And let's not forget about that beautiful pool area that felt like a mini-vacation right in the middle of our trip!
The prices have taken a serious hike since our last visit, and while the renos are charming, this place still feels a bit dated. A breakfast option would’ve been nice, especially in a place this price range!
